2. Meeting Booking and Fees
To schedule a consultation with Local Launch, a one-time refundable booking fee of $57 is required.
This fee secures your appointment and will be refunded only under the following conditions:
You attend the scheduled meeting and decide not to move forward with our services.
You request the refund and allow up to 30 calendar days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled meeting without 24-hour prior notice:
The $57 booking fee becomes non-refundable.
A $100 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
4. Refund Policy for Services Rendered
All payments made for design, marketing, development, or consulting services are final and non-refundable.
Local Launch does not offer any money-back guarantees for dissatisfaction after services have been delivered.
By completing payment, the client acknowledges they are purchasing professional time, expertise, and creative labor which cannot be returned.
5. No Legal Recourse After Service Delivery
By using Local Launch’s services, you waive the right to pursue chargebacks, legal claims, or court action regarding payments after services have been rendered.
All disputes, if any, must be resolved through direct communication with Local Launch.
6. Disclaimer of Results
Local Launch does not guarantee specific outcomes, business growth, revenue, or results of any kind from our services.
Any testimonials, case studies, or client results shown on our website or in marketing materials are exceptional and not representative of guaranteed results.
